As the development of sensing, data acquisition, and wireless technology evolves, more and more industrial IoT practices are coming on-line. In the near future, there will be billions of connected devices performing an array of functions: collecting data, monitoring facilities, and executing remote control. SAABIE Software Solution offers top-tier computing, communication, and sensing capabilities to power and energy, environmental monitoring, and equipment operation and maintenance markets, all of which can be referred to as “Energy” applications.
In order to implement real-time 24/7 monitoring, the new "SAABIE Software Solution DEVICE" Platform management solution needed to provide comprehensive intelligent remote control and management. This included: collecting data from front-end instruments and devices; properly configuring network systems based on site conditions and transmission distance; utilizing data gateways to completely record and protect data; and providing a feature-rich user-friendly management platform.
In addition to comprehensive functionality, the software needed to allow users to design their own human machine interface (HMI) applications.
Due to the harsh climate and the challenging environment around the field, related hardware products needed to have rugged and durable characteristics capable of withstanding harsh conditions (ATEX/IEcex, Class I, Class II, etc...).
Designed for use in harsh industrial environments, "SAABIE Software Solution DEVICE" Platform features all-around IP69K/68-rated ingress protection and cable gland I/O connectors to provide a truly watertight solution that can withstand the most demanding applications
The waterproof enclosure features a front door for easy access and maintenance as well as a cable gland that offers further ingress protection, reducing the need for waterproof cables and wiring. This comprehensive protection also eliminates the need for a waterproof cabinet, allowing customers to use the "SAABIE DEVICE" gateway as a standalone data acquisition gateway.
Moreover, with the provision of standard M.2 2230 Wi-Fi and M.2 3052/3042 5G/LTE sockets, "SAABIE DEVICE" Platform gateway offers expandable wireless, GPS connectivity for remote communications and data transfers.

Oil pipelines are made from 0.91 ~ 1.82 m steel or plastic tubes. They have an inner diameter ranging between 10.1 to 121.9 cm. Most pipelines are buried at a typical depth of about 0.91 ~ 1.82 m. As crude oil contains varying amounts of wax, buildups may occur within a pipeline. Often these pipelines are inspected and cleaned using pipeline inspection gauges. These gauges can detect anomalies in the pipes such as dents, metal loss/ corrosion, cracking, or other mechanical damage

The oil and gas industry includes global processes of exploration, extraction, refining, transporting, and marketing. Oil is transported through cross continental pipelines using pump stations. It usually flows at an approximate speed of 1 ~ 6 m per second..
CogniSight DEVICE the monitoring system can be installed at several pumping stations along the main pipeline at a distance of 30 km. CogniSight DEVICE allows engineers to monitor all stations from the Central Control Room through our platform. The pumping stations themselves are equipped with various installed sensors for measuring pressure and temperature. These sensors are connected to the PLC, which is connected to the CogniSight DEVICE for data processing, allowing technical personnel to check the pump's condition on site. These devices are then connected to a switch that returns data to the central control room via fiber optic cables.
CogniSight DEVICE Helps engineers at the central checkpoint to see the condition of each pumping station, allowing them to act quickly and efficiently in emergencies.
